My understanding of the principles and insights in this book developed over the last fifteen years while teaching MBA courses and facilitating corporate leadership seminars. All the principles and insights have been discussed, challenged, vetted and polished through thousands of conversations with business professionals in nearly every industry.
I know they work.
The principles are not my own. They belong to the wisdom of the ages. But the synthesis of insights and stories in this book come from my experience and the experiences of my students.

Brian Kurbjeweit is an attorney and adjunct business professor who teaches interdisciplinary courses in law, ethics and leadership. He is a professional speaker, consultant and coach who provides leadership and team development seminars and interactive workshops for corporations and government institutions.
